If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund the price of the item provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, within 10 days of dispatch date with all labels intact. Please do notify us before returning any items so as to avoid any delays on receipt. It will also help us to process refunds promptly if you include a note confirming the purchase date and method of payment.
Exchanges:If your item was not exactly what you wanted, don’t worry… we are happy to exchange any items for different sizes, colours or even styles, we simply ask that you cover the postage on sending out additional items (plus any price difference). You can send us cash, cheques or postal orders if you wish, together with details of the required style, size and return address.
We will deal with exchanges as quick and efficiently as we deal with sales and our staff are always happy to help.
We are confident that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, once again if however you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so within 10 calendar days of dispatch date the items in its original packaging and please ensure it is in saleable condition (in their original packaging, unused, together with all tags, buttons and other attachments if applicable
For all refunds, please note when you ask for any refunds a £5.00 P&P will be charged for the first item and £2.50 each for additional item over the value of £10.00. Any item that is less than £10.00 will be charged £2.50 each.
For all exchange(s), please include the additional postage charge £5.00 for first item and then £3.00 each per additional item with your return.
It is important to ensure the tag that came with the item is still in place un-detached.   Please include a copy of the invoice or the original if possible.

Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot give refund to any item that you have sent but didn’t reach us. For this reason we would strongly advise you to return the item using an insured and secure shipping method. For example, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so that you can claim against the shipping carrier for lost or damaged items and easily trace it.
